Chhun Sovan Chhay was born in Mongkol Barei, Battambong Province. She started her sing career in 1998 in a resturant.
Chhun Sovan Chhay has married to a 30 year old man in 2001. She asked people to call her Mrs. because she want everyone to know that she is a marriage lady. She is no longer single. She said, She and her husband love each other very much. Her husband work in a private company in Phnom Penh.
Her famous song, Sralaj ter komlos which mean "I love only single man". You can get this song from KH Promotion DVD vol. 04 , 5, 6, and New World DVD vol. 32, 36, 38.
She has produced many CD and DVD for Chlangden, KH Promotion, RSK, MK, New World, etc.
