Pich Sophear was dropped out of high school at 11 grade because she has to work to support the family. After dropped out of school, she decided to sale sugarcane juice support her family in Phnom Penh. But this career, she did not get enough money to support her family. Then she decided want to be a singer so she can find enough money to support her family. She went from Resturant to Resturants and asked the bands if she could sing with them. When One of the Khmer.org visitors saw her first song in The Best Khmer Rap vol. 01 that was out sale any other CD on the net, then he introduced her to a song writer for Rasmey Hang Meas Production. Then she started to train to become a singer.
She has 4 sisters. She is the youngest sister in her family.
Her father name is OH Sarin. Her mother name is Saron. Her oldest sister is marriage. Her older 2 sisters are singers like her too.
Pich Sophear is a new rising star among teenager. We predict she would become
the next Cambodian Britney Spear. She can sing and rap. Most of her songs
have new lyrics and new rhythm that will make your feet move. She has the look
and voice.
