Mr. Kong Pharith did not have much of schooling because he was grown up during Khmer Rouge regime. Under Khmer Rouge Regime, he did not learn any thing much. After the Khmer Rouge Regime collapsed, Mr. Kong Pharith was able to attend some schooling with non-profit organization at the age of 24.
He has an idea and want to invent solar bicycle, so he has been researching on Internet. Then he found alot of useful information from Internet that help him to be able to build the first solar bicycle. When he purchased all the equipment and put them together, each bicycle cost about $200 to $300. This bicycle is using sun light to recharge itself. Plus it can travel couple miles.

If you are a businessmen, I would strong recommand that you should hire Mr. Kong Pharith to build mass production of solar bicycle to sell in Cambodia or export, because people will buy them. Plus solar bicycle does not use gasoline.
