This week news break, Mr. Hun Sen decided to release Mr. Cheam Channy from prison and Mr. Sam Rainsy return to Cambodia this friday, after Mr. Sam Rainsy apoligize to Mr. Hun Sen.
Cambodian people are so happy to see Cambodian leaders who can negotiate with each other peacefully without violent.
We know, next month, the donors countries will meet in Phnom Penh about Cambodian budget. Each year, Cambodian get millions of dollars from the world donors to expand
democratic system in Cambodia and economic reform.
