If Khmer rouge trial is going well, I am sure this is the first time that will expose to the world about Communist regime, Chinese dictators, Mao Tsetong, Ho Chi ming, Pol Pot, King Norodom Sihanouk, Vietnam, Hun Sen, and many other dictorship leaders
around the world.
American knew about the communist regime since 1935s. They knew, communist regime is a killing machine in 18th, 19th, and 20th century. They were fighting to stop the spreading of communist regime to Southeast Asia and other continents, but Khmer people and Vietnamese people did not take their advice, so we face consequence. This is very important that we learn much about the history and analysis the past history, so we won't make any mistake again in the future.
If the Cambodian people knew the communist regime is a killing machine, Khmer people would fight against the khmer rouge until the end. The khmer rouge would not have a chance to take over the country. If the King Norodom Sihanouk knew the Khmer Rouge is the killing machine, he would not join them either. Because we did not learn much about the revolution of China, Russia, and Romania, we faced the same war as those countries. In 1940s, When Russia and China become a communist country, they executed millions people without sympathy. This why, we see millions of refugee seeked refuge around the world.
