A 50-year-old police officer from San Francisco reportedly committed suicide in his jail cell in Phnom Penh after being accused on Monday of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl. A Cambodian official said the officer, Donald Ramirez, had stolen a guard’s gun and shot himself.
Sarith's quote:
I don't think, he committed suicide. Vietnamese police killed him. Then they planned as
a suicide. We all know very well. Cambodia is not a free democratic system. Cambodia is
still under Communist Vietnamese Control. Recently, couple Cambodian high rank military officers fled Cambodia to settle in Lowell, MA. , U.S.A. I talked to him. He told me, Cambodia is not owned by Khmer People. It is owned by Vietnamese. The Vietnamese have their military troupe and dead squad every where in Cambodia. They talk and speak Cambodia. They dress in civilian Khmer Clothes. If you talk about patriot or border dispute or revolution or vietnamese invasion, you will be disappear without a trace. The vietnamese dead squad come out at night to kill Khmer patriot, khmer interlectual, and other khmer people.
If the Vietnamese dead squad want to kill foreigners who they suspect of CIA or FBI, they plan as suicide or rape case against children.
If you don't believe what I am saying, you can travel to Cambodia and wonder around the city at night or country side at night. Then you will see some places, the Vietnamese military would not allow any person access. Or you can ask the children who take care the cow. They can tell you exactly where Vietnames Troupe hidding in Cambodia.
